Daniel L. Baughman

Daniel L. Baughman, 83, of Seneca, PA. , died unexpectedly Tuesday Feb. 5, 2019 at Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, FL.

Born Nov. 24, 1935 in Eagle Rock, PA., he was the son of the late Lewis C. Baughman & Viola Motter Baughman.

Dan was a 1955 graduate of Oil City High School.

He was married on Dec. 22, 1961 in Shippenville to the former Gloria E. Morrison and she survives.

Dan was a veteran of the United States Army and  had worked as a machinist at Precision Tool & Die.

He was an avid NASCAR fan and he enjoyed  racing stock cars.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children

Jeffrey D. Baughman of Los Angeles, CA

Julie A. Moskowitz & her husband George of Fairfax, VA

four grandchildren

Danielle, McKenzie, Jessica and Phillip Moskowitz

a brother

Jim Baughman & his wife Carolyn of MA.

as well as several nieces and nephews including

Pete Scierka & his wife Karen

Leah Arlington& her husband Dave

a cousin

a special friend

and dear friends and neighbors

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers

Robert & Joel Baughman

and a sister Vivian Duncan

Friends will be received from 2-4 and from 7-9 P.M. Friday in the Reinsel Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 A.M. Saturday with Fr. Ian McElrath, Presiding.

Interment with Full military honors will be accorded by the V.E.T.S.Honor Guard

Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital or to the Disabled American Veterans.
