Edwin S. "Bud" Deal

Edwin S. “Bud' Deal, 68, of 230 Elm St. Oil City, PA. , died at 12:02 A.M. Sunday Oct. 13, 2019 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh after a brief illness.

Born Sept. 5, 1951 in Chicago, IL., he was the son of Grace A. Magliola Deal Andersen and the late Edwin R. Deal.

Bud graduated from St. Lawrence High School in Chicago and attended Buena Vista University in Stormlake, IA.

He was married on Sept. 8, 1988 in Michigan to the former Marie Buszin and she survives.

Bud had owned and operated Bel-Aire Cleaners in Chicago and had also owned and operated Royal Dry Cleaning in Oil City for several years.

He was the manager of the OCP Warehouse on Route 8.

Bud was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church and had also attended Trinity United Methodist Church.

Bud enjoyed woodworking and cooking.

In addition to his wife and mother, both of Oil City, he is survived by six children and their spouses

Bud was preceded in death by his father and a granddaughter

At Bud's request, there will be no viewing or visitation.

Interment will be private

The Reinsel Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
