James Prenatt Obituary

James E. Prenatt, 87, of Oil City, PA. died Saturday June 1, 2019 at his home.

Born Sept. 29, 1931 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of the late Roy & Doris Hopper Prenatt.

Jim was married to Helen L. Ehrhart on June 25, 1952 and she preceded him in death on Dec. 1, 2017.

Mr. Prenatt had worked for Pennzoil.

He was a member of the First Free Methodist Church.

He is survived by three children and their spouses.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his son James “Jimmy” Prenatt, a brother Roland “Spud” Prenatt and a sister Betty Lou Wise

A Graveside Service will be held at Shaw Farm Cemetery in Oil City for his immediate Family.

Memorials may be made to the VNA Foundation of Venango County.
