Lawrence Welms Obituary

Lawrence “Mark” Welms, 58, of 711 West Front Street Oil City, PA., died at 2:37 P.M., Tuesday Feb. 13, 2018 after an extended illness.

Born Sept. 24, 1959 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of Gloria Welms and the late Lawrence E. Welms.

Mark attended Venango Christian High School and graduated from Cranberry High School.

He had served in the United States Navy.

Mark had worked many years in construction in Florida before returning to Pennsylvania.

He was of the Catholic Faith.

In addition to his mother of Oil City, he is survived by his children

Samantha Welms, Nicholas Welms and Lance Harris.

Mark is also survived by his girlfriend Diane Harvey of Oil City

Their will be no viewing or visitation.

Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery.
