LuEllen (Hartzell) Kelley

LuEllen Kelley, 63, a resident of Oakwood Heights in Oil City passed away at 3:28 A.M. Monday Jan. 8, 2018 after an extended illness.

Born June 3, 1954 in Butler, PA., she was the daughter of the late William G. Hartzell & Dorothy E. Ladrer Hartzell.

LuEllen was married on June 1, 1974 in Portersville to Jesse C. Kelley Jr. and he survives.

A homemaker, LuEllen enjoyed playing cards and bingo.

She enjoyed country western music.

She was of the Presbyterian faith.

In addition to her husband of Oil City, she is survived by a son

Brian Kelley & his wife Amanda of Pulaski

3 grandchildren

Robert Kelley, Kaylee Kelley and Payton Kelley

one brother

Carl Hartzell of Warren Ohio

and by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by two brothers Billy Hartzell and Melvin Hartzell and by two sisters Lorena Grossman and Cathy Hartzell.

Friends will be received from 4-6 P.M. Wednesday Jan. 10 in the Reinsel Funeral Home.
