Scott D. Daugherty, 60, of Oil City, PA. ,died unexpectedly Nov. 14, 2018 at UPMC-Hamot in Erie. Scott had fallen and was transported to Erie for treatment and subsequently passed away from a ruptured aneurysm.
Born Aug. 28, 1958 in Oil City, PA., Scott was the youngest of four children born to James E.E. Daugherty & Julia Ardelle Wilbert Daugherty.
Scott was a graduate of Cranberry High School and attended Venango Campus of Clarion University.
A real estate broker, Scott had worked for Daugherty Brothers Real Estate for over 36 years.
Scott was of the Presbyterian Faith.
He enjoyed photography, cars and motorcycles and enjoyed antiques.
He loved spending time with his daughter Hollie, watching old movies and the companionship of his cat Dusty.
Scott was very community minded and was always trying to bring people to Oil City.
The “Abandoned” TV show came to Oil City in 2012 after being in communication with Scott about the Oil City National Bank.
Scott was a member of the National Association of Realtors.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother William Daugherty.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
Committal Services will be held in the chapel at Brandon Cemetery on Monday Nov. 19 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Mark Rusnak, Presiding.
Interment will follow.
