Willus "Bill" G. Edwards

Willus G. “Bill” Edwards, 71, of Seneca died at 5:00P.M. Saturday Sept. 15, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital in Erie.

Born Dec. 4, 1946 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of the late Mary Elizabeth Goggins Edwards & James C. Edwards Sr.

Bill was a graduate of Oil City High School.

He served in the United States Navy as Yeoman 2nd Class.

Bill had worked as a production supervisor at Continental Can Co.

He enjoyed hunting, golfing, riding bicycles , hiking and fishing.

He is survived by one son

Tim Edwards & his wife Caity of Erie, PA.

his former spouse

Faye Edwards of Rockland, PA.

Two sisters

Mary Albaugh of Oil City

Kathy Lindsey & her husband Fred of Oil City

and by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons

Gregory James Edwards and Douglas Andrew Edwards, and his first wife Alice

And by three brothers

James, Michael & Robert Edwards.

And by two sisters

Evelyn Clark and Donna Swacha

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday in the Reinsel Funeral Home.

Military Honors will be accorded by the V.E.T.S. Honor Guard.

Interment will follow in Heckathorn Cemetery.
