Anna E. (Sager) Winters

Anna E. Winters, 86, of Cooperstown, PA., passed away Friday Sept. 6, 2024 at her home following an extended illness.

            Born June 15, 1938 in Tidioute, PA., she was the daughter of the late William and Anna Lewis Sager.

Anna attended schools in Warren County.

She was married on June 15, 1963 to Henry E. “Hank” Winters Jr. and he preceded her in death on Aug. 29, 2012.

Anna had worked in the deli for Giant Eagle.

She was a member of the former Oil City Nazarene Church.

She enjoyed cooking, baking and gardening.

Anna was a longtime member of the Oakland Volunteer Fire Dept Ladies Auxiliary.

She is survived by five children

Bruce Roberts of Oil City

Valerie Thomas and her husband Bruce of Neiltown

John Roberts of Wattsburg

Joyce Roberts of Dempseytown

William Winters Sr. and his wife Diane of Dempseytown

Several grandchildren,  great grandchildren and great great grandchildren also survive.

She was  preceded in death  by three brothers

Richard, Robert and Donald Sager

Visitation will be held in the Reinsel Funeral Home on Thursday from 11:00A.M.-1:00P.M.

Funeral Services will follow  at 1:00P.M. with Rev. William Hopkins Presiding.
