Billie Solle Obituary

Billie Lou Solle, 89, of Franklin, PA. died at 8:30 P.M. Friday March 23, 2018 at Oakwood Heights in Oil City after a period of declining health.

Born Nov. 12, 1928 in Oil City, PA., she was the daughter of the late Wesley & Lillian Kimes Rushford.

Billie graduated from Franklin High School.

She was married in St. Patrick’s Church in Franklin on Dec. 4, 1949 to Peter R. Solle and he preceded her in death on August 5, 2014.

A homemaker, Billie had been a beautician for many years.

She enjoyed farming and taking care of the animals.

The last surviving member of her immediate family , Billie is survived by her two sons

Carey Solle & his wife Carol of Franklin

Randy Solle & his wife Diane of CA.

Michael Solle

Jessica Stack & her husband Nathan

And a great grandson

Private visitation and funeral services will take place at the convenience of the family.

Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery
