Cindy Lea Bigley

Cindy Lea Bigley, 69, of Harrisville, PA., passed away August 9, 2025 at her home.

            Born July 4, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Donna Haney Hughes.

Cindy was a graduate of Franklin High School.

She had worked as a nurse’s aide for the Visiting Nurses Association.

Cindy enjoyed birdwatching, reading and spending time with her family.

She loved the outdoors.

She is survived by her significant other Garner Grossman

And by three siblings

Robin Greenlee of Franklin

Donna Restetter of Franklin

Tim Hughes(Melissa Tidd) of Seneca

And several nieces and nephews.

There will be no viewing or visitation.

Services will take place at the convenience of the family.
