Clara A. Winger, 63, of Oil City, PA. passed away unexpectedly Friday July 14, 2023 at her home.
Born Nov. 9, 1959 in Oil City, PA., she was the daughter of Mary Harvey McMahon Haughney & the late Edward P. McMahon.
Clara was a graduate of Oil City High School.
She was married on April 21, 1979 to William M. “Bill” Winger and he preceded her in death on May 3, 2015.
Clara affectionately known as “Nana” was known for her big heart, she was a caregiver for her brother Ed, during his illness and passing and was currently her mothers primary caregiver.
She had worked as a bus driver, and had worked for Twin Creeks Head Start and at Pathways and for the Venango Training and Development Center.
She enjoyed knitting and the companionship of her Boxer/Lab mix Jude.
She is survived by her three children

Friends will be received from 10:00A.M.-12 Noon on Saturday July 22IN THE Reinsel Funeral Home.
Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery
