Dallas H. Smith

Dallas H. Smith, 80, of  Franklin, PA., passed away Dec. 8, 2024 at Pleasant Ridge Manor in Fairview.

          Born April 17, 1944 in Cranberry Twp., he was the son of the late Floyd Walter Smith and Rosalia Marie Bakowska Smith.

Dallas was a graduate of Oil City High School.

He was married to the former Beverly A. Karns on Jan. 3, 1963 and she preceded him in death on July 14, 2022.

Dallas had worked various positions at Franklin Steel.

He enjoyed fishing with his wife, was an avid hunter and enjoyed taking yearly trips with his wife to Disney World.

He is survived by two sons

Dallas Smith Jr. and his husband Scott of GA.

Shane Smith and his wife Amy of Erie

And three grandchildren

Logan, Ryan and Megan.

Dallas is also survived by a sister Donna Reagle.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Ronda Smith and by  sisters Joan Evans, Delores Reagle, Theresa Cornell and Sandra Armagost

And brothers Francis Smith, Chuck Smith and Floyd Smith
