Darlene M. Hickman

Darlene M. Hickman, 74, of Oil City, PA., passed away Friday Nov. 21, 2025 at Oil City Healthcare and Rehab.

            Born Oct. 13, 1951 in Oil City, PA., she was the daughter of the late Jack and Lucy Hansen Hickman.

Darlene was a graduate of Oil City High School and also graduated from Clarion University with a degree in Accounting.

She was a self employed accountant for many years.

Darlene enjoyed playing games on her computer and was an avid reader.

She is survived by her companion Donald E. Bell of Oil City

Dakota Wolff

And 2 great grandchildren

Nala and Emily Rose with a 3rd baby Felix Matthew on the way.

She is also survived by her sister

Linda Shawgo and her husband Fred of Franklin

Staci Neidich and her husband Tony  and their son Grayson

A Memorial service will be held on Thursday Dec. 4 at 2:00 P.M. in the Reinsel Funeral Home with Rev. Thomas Carr, pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church, Presiding.
