David E. “Skeeter” Cramer, 77, of Oil City, PA., passed away Monday June 15, 2026 at Allegheny General Hospital with his family by his side.
Born March 30, 1949 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of the late Donald and Lucille Miller Cramer.
“Radar” as he was known by many was a graduate of Oil City High School.
He had worked many years at Pepsi, later for Conair and after retiring he had worked for Hovis Auto.
Dave married Deborah L. Koerner on May 20, 1973 and she survives along with four children.

Skeeter enjoyed golfing, playing softball and basketball.
He enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and loved cars.
Dave was a great husband and father, a good role model and a friend to all.
He was a jokester and loved his dog Maisie.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and from 7-9 P.M. Thursday in the Reinsel Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 2P.M. with Rev. Daniel Hoffman, Presiding.
Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to a charity of ones’ choice.
