Deborah I. Winger, 72, of Oil City, PA., passed away Dec. 8, 2025 at St. Vincent Health Center in Erie, PA.
Born Sept. 15, 1953 in Oil City, PA., she was the daughter of the late Richard E. Winger Sr. and Elizabeth “Betty” Kellner Winger.
Deb was a graduate of Oil City High School.
She was a member of the All American Majorettes.
Deb enjoyed watching tv and cheered for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
She was a crossing guard in Oil City for many years.
Deb is survived by sisters
Vickie Winger , Connie Metz and Kelly Moon all of Oil City
Several nieces and nephews and great nieces.
She is also survived by a good friend MaryJo Culbertson
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers Richard Winger Jr. and William Winger and his wife Clara and a great niece Brianna
Friends will be received from 2-4 P.M. Thursday in the Reinsel Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 4P.M. in the funeral home with Rev. Denise Mains , Pastor of Calvary United Methodist Church, Presiding.
Interment will be in Graham Cemetery.
