Dennis C. “Denny” Webber, 70, of Rouseville, PA., passed away Sunday Jan. 26, 2025 at UPMC-Northwest in Seneca after an extended illness.
Born Oct. 11, 1954 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of the late Charles S. Webber Jr. and Joyce Harriger Shaw.
Denny was a 1972 graduate of Oil City High School.
He was a mail carrier for the United States Post Office, retiring after 42 years of service, and was recognized for having a million accident-free miles.
He was a member of the Oil City Eagles, Pulaski Club, PNA Club and the Oil City Moose Club.
Denny enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and playing pool and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by two sons
Chad Webber and his wife Jennifer of Tampa, FL.
Isaiah Webber of Columbus, OH.
2 grandchildren
Janis Avalon Deeter and Maysun Webber
He is also survived by a brother
Douglas Webber and his wife Roseanna “Mike” of Oil City
And a sister
Deanne Boocks and her husband Dan of Oil City
As well as several nieces and nephews
He will be greatly missed by dear friend Krista Shuffstall .
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother David Webber and step father Wayne Shaw
Friends will be received from 4:00P.M.-7:00P.M. Friday in the Reinsel Funeral Home.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday at 12 Noon in the Rouseville United Methodist Church.
Interment will be in Tylersburg Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Oil City Junior Baseball Association.
