Earnest L. Jones

Earnest L. Jones, 86, of Oil City, PA., passed away Wednesday  March 13, 2024 at UPMC-Northwest in Seneca.

                Born July 21, 1937 in Portersville, PA., he was the son of the late Levi & Gertrude Warsing Jones.

He was married to Norma Kelly and she survives.

Earnest had worked at Halstead Mitchell Company in Zelienople, PA.

He enjoyed spending time at his cabin.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his stepchildren Mark, Russ and Jesse Kelly

And by two sisters

Annie Flick of West Sunbury

Mabel Bickel of Slippery Rock

He was preceded in death by three brothers Harry, Homer and Edward and by two sisters Martha and Jean.

There will be no viewing or visitation.

Services will take place at the convenience of the family.
