Francis E. “Frank” Stover,83, of Oil City, PA., passed away at 1:40 A.M. Thursday June 26, 2025 at UPMC-Northwest in Seneca.
Born Nov. 2, 1941 in Silvercreek, NY., he was the son of Flornce Irene Stover.
Frank gad worked in the Steel industry for many years and had also worked in a water treatment facility.
He enjoyed playing pool, playing bingo and enjoyed signing the book at the PNA Club.
Frank liked watching the LA Rams
He is survived by two children
Angela York and her husband Michael of Oil City
Matthew Stover and his wife Amanda of Oil City
Grandchildren
Tiffany York, Steven York and Andrew York and his wife Alyssa
Brandon Stover and Clayton Stover
Cassandra, Richard and Samantha Stover
Great grandchildren
Madison, Thomas, Penelope, Sullivan
Jonathan and Bristol
Haiden, Sawyer and Charlie
He is also survived by siblings
Robert Porter and his wife Donna of Franklin
Fred Porter and his wife Connie of CO.
Patricia Voorhies of Oil City
Ciane Krupitzer of St. Petersburg, PA.
He was preceded in death by two children
Francis Stover Jr and Richard Stover
And by four brothers Chucky Porter, David L. “Chili” Stover, Jack Porter and Newton “Ted” Porter.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
