Gary E. Dennis

Gary E. Dennis, 63, of Oil City, PA., passed away Feb. 4, 2026 at UPMC-Northwest in Seneca.

            Born August 15, 1962 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of the late William G. Dennis and Norma Lawrence Shreve.

Gary attended Oil City Schools.

He had worked in the housekeeping dept. at the Oil City Presbyterian Home, now Oakwood Heights.

Gary enjoyed living life, and having fun. He enjoyed traveling and sightseeing and taking care of his houseplants.

He is survived by his step father

His twin brother

Larry Dennis and his wife Lori of Altoona

Brother, Donald Shreve Jr. of Oil City

And sister, Susan Shreve and her husband William Proper of Polk

He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters

Sharon Best, Karen Wakefield and Brenda Umstead and his brother Steve Spence.

There will be no viewing or visitation.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at a later date.

The Reinsel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
