George H. Struthers Jr.

George H. Struthers Jr., 69, of Oil City, PA., passed away Thursday  April 23, 2026 at his home following an extended illness.

            Born Aug. 13, 1956 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of the late George and Kathryn Mays Struthers.

George was married on Nov. 27, 1976 to the former Dorothy I. Glass, and she survives.

He had worked many years as a machinist and was an owner/operator of his own trucking company.

George  greatest joy in this life was his family.

He enjoyed sitting on the porch with Dot, and watching the world go by. He liked tinkering with small engines, riding dirt bikes, playing pool and listening to some music.

George enjoyed working.

Jonathan Struthers of Seneca

Michael Struthers of Oil City

5 grandchildren

Emily, Lauren, Andrea, Makayla and Michael.

He is also survived by two sisters

Louise Evans of AZ. AND Eva Richie of TX.

Friends will be received from 4-7P.M. Monday in the Reinsel Funeral Home.

Interment will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.
