Howard Vannell Obituary

Howard "IKE" Vannell, 58, of Oil City passed away unexpectedly at his residence on July 30, 2021.

He was born on September 17, 1962 and was the son of the late Harry and Catherine Makowski Vannell.

Howard enjoyed the outdoors and was a roofer by profession.

He is survived by his brother Lee Vannell Sr. , nieces Michelle Cable and Monica Vannell and nephew Lee Vannell Jr.
