James M. Sines Sr.

James M. Sines Sr., 74, of Oil City, PA., passed away Monday March 10, 2025 at his residence after an extended illness.

            Born Oct. 27, 1950 in Pittsburgh, PA., he was the son of the late Wilbert and Sarah Slonker Sines.

He was married to the former Kimberly Mackey and she preceded him in death on April 22, 2023. They celebrated almost fifty years together.

James had worked as a security guard and also as a handyman.

He enjoyed working on cars and loved his animals.

Loretta Marie Lashbrook and her husband Steve of MI.

Sarah Stewart of Oil City

James Sines Jr. and his wife Joyeal of Oil City

Kimberly Petrelli of Oil City

Jonysha, Jonah,  Joshlynn and James

Great grandchildren

Lexi, Lydia and Leiland and Chloe

One brother Mark Sines of Oil City

And many nieces and nephews

He was preceded in death by his parents, step daughter BillieJo Mackey, and grandchildren

Michael and Anthony Petrelli

And by three sisters

Loretta, Ruth and Renee and

by three brothers

Walker, Ronnie and Ralph

Friends will be received from 11:00A.M.-1:00 P.M. Wednesday in the Reinsel Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday in the funeral home.

Interment will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.
