Phyllis “Jane” Lewis, 72, of Oil City, PA., passed away on Friday July 29, 2016 at her home.
Born on January 20, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Charles & Annamae Yeager Trimer.
Jane was a 1962 graduate of Altoona Area High School.
On April 20, 1963 she married Frank E. Lewis and relocated to Oil City.
She is survived by her husband; two children, Susan Kase & her husband Scott
and Kevin Lewis & his wife Angela , all of Oil City.

Stefanie Hobbie & her husband Justin
John Kase, both of Cooperstown, NY
two great grandchildren
Victoria and Jack Hobbie
She is also survived by a sister
Judy Robbins of Altoona
a brother
James Trimer of Altoona
a sister-in-law
Mickey McCall of Lancaster
and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Jane was a member of Good Hope Lutheran Church.
She was a life member of the Pulaski Pussycats bowling league.
She enjoyed collecting turtles, bowling, golfing, bingo and playing cards, Jane also enjoyed trips to casinos, and Pulaski Pussycat weekends.
Jane was a fan of Elvis and the Pittsburgh sports teams, especially the Steelers.
In the 1970's, Jane played softball for the Oil City Womens Softball League.
In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters.
Anna O'Conner, Mary Seeman, Brabara Stayer, Patricia Stolz, Jerry Trimer and David Trimer, her husbands parents Frank & Twila Lewis and her brothers' and sisters'in law
Herb Lewis, Haley Lewis, Wiliam Lewis, Toots Tornatore and Vesta Snyder.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday in the Reinsel Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday in the Good Hope Lutheran Church.
Memorials may be made to the Good Hope Lutheran Church or to a charity of one's choice.
Interment will be in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens.
