Janessa Rose Pepper, 20, of Oil City, PA., passed away Thursday June 19, 2025 at UPMC-Northwest in Seneca.
Born Sept. 16, 2004, She was the daughter of James A. Pepper and Emma Judy Pepper, who both survive.
Janessa was a graduate of Oil City High School.
She was working as a nurses aide and had worked for Monarch Home Healthcare Company, and cared for and loved her clients as she would her own family.
Janessa was a beautiful, loving, , caring, smart, creative, funny and compassionate soul.
She was always helping others, and loved her family and friends and enjoyed her pets.
Janessa had a huge heart, was passionate and was the glue of her family and was the strongest person you would ever meet.

Janessa was preceded in death by her beloved sister Mia Rose Pepper, whom she deeply missed and by her grandfather Daryl Freshcorn.
Friends will gather on Friday in the Reinsel Funeral Home from 2:30-4:30 P.M.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 4:30 with Fr. Richard Allen, Presiding.
The Reinsel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
