John H. Shuffstall

John H. Shuffstall, 73, of Oil City, PA., passed away Saturday June 29, 2024 at his home.

Born Feb. 5, 1951 in Franklin, PA., he was the son of the late Wanda Mackell Shuffstall and Harry Leonard Shuffstall Jr.

John was a graduate of Oil City High School and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

John has taken along with him the heart of his loving wife Krista L. (Corbet) Shuffstall with who they share a wonderful marriage of 41 years.

He was employed by Pennzoil as a manager for many years in Rouseville before transferring to Florida.

John enjoyed hunting and fishing.

John is a faithful believer in Jesus Christ. A loving and gentle soul who welcomed all, both friends and strangers and loved giving from his abundant heart his love. His faith and his friendship touched everyone he met.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children

Phillip Shuffstall and his wife Tracy of PA,

As well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a niece Ashley Shuffstall

There will be no viewing or visitation.

A Celebration of his life will be at a later date.

The Reinsel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
