Joseph M. Frawley

Joseph M. Frawley, 68, of Oil City, PA., passed away Tuesday June 30, 2026 at Oil City Healthcare.

            Born Oct. 17, 1957 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of the late Edward and M. Louise Zachrel Frawley.

Joe was a graduate of Oil City High School and went on to join the U.S. Army.

He had worked in maintenance at the Venango Regional Airport in Franklin.

Joe enjoyed watching the Redskins and listening to the Beach Boys.

He is survived by two children

Erin Frawley of Oil City

Darren Frawley of Oil City

One granddaughter

Emma Frawley

As well as many nieces and nephews

In addition to his parents, he was preceded by a brother James Frawley and his wife  Ursula, a sister Rita Frawley and a brother-in-law Stanley Lutz.

There will be no viewing or visitation.

The Reinsel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
