Joseph K. Ragon, 71, formerly of Oil City, PA., passed away Nov. 1, 2022 at Snyder Memorial in Marienville, PA.
Born March 12, 1951 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of the late Josephine Ragon Singletary Smail.
Joe had worked as a counselor and was last employed as a taxi driver.
He is survived by his sister Jan Vermander and numerous cousins.
Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
