Joyce Ann (Clark) Drake

Joyce Ann Drake, 81, of Oil City, PA., passed away Wednesday Dec. 3, 2025 at Oil City Healthcare.

            Born July 12, 1944 in Oil City, PA., she was the daughter of the late Arthur Clark Sr. and Melva Bellin Clark.

Joyce graduated from Oil City High School in 1962 and attended Welch’s Business College.

She was married on Aug. 17, 1968 in Christ Lutheran Church to Richard M. Drake and he preceded her in death on June 16, 2014.

Joyce had worked at Northwest Savings before becoming a homemaker.

She enjoyed reading, being outdoors and doing yardwork.

She loved animals and family was very special to her.

She is survived by two daughters

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother Art Clark Jr.

Private viewing will be held by the family.

Interment will be at the Cemetery of the Alleghenies next to her husband.

Memorials may be made to the Venango County Humane Society.
