Judith G. (Graham) Fleckenstein

Judith G. Fleckenstein, 85, of Oil City, PA., passed away Feb. 16, 2025 at UPMC-Northwest in Seneca after an extended illness.

            Born Nov. 6, 1939 in Oil City, PA., she was the daughter of the late Hugh B. Graham and Ethel Patterson Graham.

Judith was a graduate of Oil City High School.

She was married on April 27, 1963 to David B. Fleckenstein and he preceded her in death on March 13, 2015.

Judith  had worked many years as a telephone operator.

A member of St. Stephen’s Church in Oil City, she enjoyed baking and cooking and collecting cookbooks.

She is survived by three children

Steven Fleckenstein & Sherry Vowinckel of Clarion

Leigh Ann Bierman & her husband Ben of Elizabeth City, NC

Michael Fleckenstein and his wife Valerie of Pittsburgh, PA.

One granddaughter

Natalie Sippel and her husband Robert of Elizabeth City, NC

A great granddaughter

Sienna

And one sister

Dorothy “Dottie” Stiller of GA.

As well as many nieces and nephews

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers Hugh Graham and Donald Graham and by four sisters Ethel Nellis, Joan Slater, Marion Hagan and Susie Williams

Services will take place at a later date.

Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
