Judith Ann Hartzell, 65, of Oil City passed away Monday September 14, 2020 after a period of declining health.

She was born in Titusville on March 28, 1955 and was the daughter of the late Warren and Doris Shontz Rodgers.

Judith is survived by a son Andrew P. Feely of Seneca.
