Judith L. Todd

Judith L. Todd, 81, of Oil City, PA., passed Monday March 10, 2025 at UPMC-Northwest in Seneca.

Born Feb. 15, 1944 in Oil City, PA., she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Frances Marsh Kluck.

Judith married Norman Todd on June 26, 1965 and he preceded her in death on March 15, 2020.

She had worked in the office for Hill’s Department Store in the Cranberry Mall for many years.

Judith enjoyed ceramics and gardening.

She is survived by two children

5 grandchildren

Lacey Snyder, Casey Carter, Nicholas Carter, Samantha Wunderlick and Andrew Turner

2 Great Grandchildren

Madison and Aaron.

and by several nieces and nephews.

The last surviving member of her immediate family, she was preceded in death by sisters M. Jacqueline Carll, Marjorie A. Malvaso, Barbara Morris and Patricia Wysocki and a brother Lawrence Kluck

There will be no viewing or visitation.

Interment will be in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens.

The Reinsel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
