Julie Lynn (Hinderman) Shenk

Julie Lynn Shenk, 54, of Seneca PA.,  passed away unexpectedly on the morning of May 12, 2024. 

She is survived by her 4 children Amber Fridenmaker, Katie Hinderman, Jessy Godden, and Ethan Shenk.  She was the proud grandmother to 9 grandchildren who she absolutely adored and who absolutely adored her.  She is also survived by her mom Barbara Edmiston  Hinderman, her three siblings Tina Wybiral, Fred Hinderman, and Daniel Hinderman. 

Julie was born June 25, 1969 to Clarence Fred Hinderman and Barbara D. Edmiston.  She is proceeded in death by her grandson Daniel Fridenmaker, the love of her life George Shenk, and her father Clarence Fred Hinderman.

Julie lived for her grandchildren and her family she loved hard and unconditionally.  Julie was loved by everyone. She always tried to help people every chance she got.  She loved going to church, crocheting, and spending time with her family. 

She was known as Mama Grizzly to all of her “adopted children” and those around her because she loved everyone so fiercely.  She will be greatly missed by all the world is a little less bright without her in it.

Celebration of life will be announced at a later date , her wishes were that she be cremated.
