Kay E. Mansfield, 80, of Oil City, PA., died Friday Nov. 8, 2019 at UPMC-Northwest in Seneca after a brief illness.
Born Feb. 25, 1939 in Youngstown, OH., she was the daughter of the late James & Rosemary Lucarell Leonard.
Kay was a 1956 graduate of South High School in Youngstown.
She was previously married to Gerald Harmon and later married Joseph Mansfield who preceded her in death on April 16, 2015.
Kay had worked for many years at Foster Forbes Glass Plant and later worked for Honeywell.
She enjoyed knitting, doll making and giving to several charities that were dear to her heart.
She is survived by three children

Robert Harmon & his wife Cathy of Warner-Robins, GA
4 grandchildren
Kaitlyn Harmon
Jack Harmon
Carrie Ann Rothacker
and Jamie Lynn Lannegan
and several great grandchildren.
She is also survived by one sister
Jeannette Harrington of Canfield, OH
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her daughter Karen Plowman.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
Interment will be private.
The Reinsel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
