Kevin Eugene Carter, 64, of McGuire Memorial Home, New Brighton, PA. , and formerly of Oil City, PA., and Kenosha, WI.. passed away Saturday Sept. 13, 2025 at Heritage Valley Beaver.
Born May 3, 1961 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of Harry William Carter and Mary Jane McGraw Carter.
Kevin enjoyed Special Olympics bowling and track and was employed by the Kenosha Achievement Center while living in Kenosha.
He enjoyed Penguins hockey games, Pirates Baseball games and played golf with several professionals while living at the McGuire Home.
Kevin would root for the Chicago Bulls when watching basketball.
He is survived by one brother
Ronald M. Carter of Kenosha, WI.

Patricia Ann Edwards of Golden Valley, AZ.
Jeanne Marie Hoffman of Oil City, PA.
As well as several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Oct. 2, from noon until 1:00 P.M. in the Reinsel Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home with Rev. Daniel Hoffman, Pastor, of St. Joseph Church Presiding.
Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
The family would like to send a special thanks to all the staff at McGuire for their loving care of Kevin throughout his life while he resided there.
