Lisa Sue (Matson) Benton

Lisa Sue Benton, 65, of Oil City, PA., passed away Wednesday May 8, 2024 at her home after an extended illness.

                Born November 3, 1958 in Riverside, CA., she was the daughter of Franklin Leon and Carol Marie McFarland Matson.

Lisa was married in Las Vegas, NV on January 31, 1998 to Jesse V. Benton III, and he survives.

She was employed as a mail carrier for many years.

Lisa enjoyed gardening, playing corn hole and cards.

She also enjoyed following NASCAR.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children

MacKenzie Ann Benton of Oil City

She is also survived by two brothers

Dannie Matson & his wife Sharen  and Joseph Matson, both of CA.

Marie Benton of Oil City

Jan and Tim Wolfgong of Oil City

She was preceded in death by a brother Tony Matson and sister-in-law Julie Benton and father in law Jesse V. Benton Jr.

There will be no viewing or visitation.
