Mary A. Jaggers, 100, of Oil City, PA., passed away Saturday March 30, 2024 at Oakwood Heights Village.
Born Sept. 13, 1923 in Oil City, PA., she was the daughter of the late George and Catherine Chmiel Skiba.
Mary was married to William A. Jaggers III and he preceded her in death.
A homemaker, she had worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Bridgeton Hospital in New Jersey for many years and also worked as the office manager for her husbands plumbing business.
She enjoyed bowling, gardening and baking.
Mary also enjoyed going dancing.
She is survived by two children
William A. Jaggers IV and his wife Claudia of Centerville
Andrea Ritter and her husband John of Bridgeton, NJ
2 grandchildren
Lauren Ritter and Caroline Ritter
And by two sisters
Joan Rearick and Phyllis Vrobel
And by one brother Max Skiba
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by sisters Sophie Goreczny, Emily Flensted and Julie Bliznasky and by brothers George, Edward, Carl , Bill and Felix Skiba.
Friends will be received from 3:00P.M.-5:00P.M. Wednesday in the Reinsel Funeral Home.
A Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 P.M. in the funeral home on Wednesday with Fr. John Miller , Presiding.
Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of ones choice.
