Mary Lou (Jones) Gruphofer

Mary Lou Gruphofer, 60, of Polk, passed away Jan. 17, 2026

Born Sept. 11, 1965 in Jamestown, NY., she was the daughter of  Luverne Burns Jones  and the late  Donald Jones.

She Graduated from Dodgeville High School.

Mary Lou enjoyed crafts, listening to music, watching movies and talking to her friends.

She was married to John Gruphofer and he preceded her in death.

In addition to her mother, Mary Lou  is survived by two children

Donald Miller of Erie

Laura Winner of Titusville

six grandchildren

Eli, Bianca, Baelynn, Anabelle, Damien and Masen

She is also survived by a brother,  Daniel(DJ) and his wife Dawn of Manor, TX. and Joseph of Frankfort, NY

And by sisters Brenda and Beth of Coldbrook, NY. , Lois of Corning, NY and Amy of New York Mills, NY.

11 nieces and nephews and 23 great nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister Bonnie Dennis

A Memorial Service will be held on Jan 31. In the Reinsel Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor John Bell, Presiding.
