Mia Rose Pepper, 15, of Oakdale, PA., passed away Tuesday May 14, 2024 at UPMC-Childrens Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born November 19, 2008 in Seneca, PA., she was the daughter of James A. Pepper and Emma Judy , who both survive.
Mia Rose Pepper was loving, caring, smart , beautiful and the funniest girl you would have ever met.
She was a little shy, but always made friends wherever she went.
She was free spirited, and could always make you laugh when you needed it.
Mia liked to have her hair and nails done and to put on makeup.
She lived in Oil City most of her life and attended Oil City Middle School and met her best friends Faith Plues, Calvin Taylor and Sara Komarow.
She loved her friends like family and she enjoyed hanging out with them.
She was beautiful and creative and expressed that through her Tiik-Tok, she was a Momma’s girl and loved cats.
She currently was in the 9th grade at West Allegheny High School, and was looking forward to attending the Prom the same week.
Mia worked at Gianni’s Pizza Shop in Oakdale.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Daryl Freshcorn and an uncle Emmett Freshcorn
Friends will gather on Friday May 24 in the Reinsel Funeral Home from 4:00-6:00 P.M. to share memories and to celebrate her life.
