Michael Lasiewicz Obituary

With broken hearts we mourn the passing of Michael “Bo” Lasiewicz, 65, formerly of Oil City, PA.

Born Sept. 11, 1959 to Stanley and Leona Chojnacki Lasiewicz.

Michael touched many lives from Pennsylvania to Michigan.

He is survived by his loving sister Marilee Smeal and Guy Mullendore,

His cousin Patti Gesing and his loving niece and nephews;

Jamie Walters, Pat Walters, Talia Walters, Ethan Walters

Jason Smeal, Jennifer Smeal, Josie Smeal and Jackson Smeal, who always referred to him as “The Unk”

He was preceded in death by his sister Josephine Schiffer.

A graduate of Oil City High School in 1978, Michael also known as “Bo”

 Served with the Cornplanter Fire Dept. ,where he worked with his best friends Randy Scott and Ed Schossler and managed Hilltop Beverage in Franklin for 20 years before moving to Michigan.

Once in Michigan, Michael never lost his black and gold spirit and always cheered on his Steelers and Penguins.

His friends and family could always enjoy watching a Steelers game, going to a NASCAR race or spending time hunting and camping with Bo.

I love you Bro, rest in peace with Mom , Dad and JoJo

Friends will be received from 12 Noon-2:00 P.M. January 3, 2025 in the Reinsel Funeral home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. in the Funeral Home.

Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
