Michelle Collins-Kahle

Michelle “Mitzi” Collins, 60, of Franklin, entered Eternal Rest on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020, due to natural causes.
Born March 3, 1959, in Franklin, she was the daughter of the late Nolan Collins and Mary (Hamilton) Collins, who survives.
She attended Valley Grove Schools and was a homemaker.
Mitzi was married to the late Eric Whitman with whom she had a son, Jeffery Wayne Whitman. Later, she married Kevin Kahle with whom she had four sons, Daniel, Scott, Hogan and Zachary.
Also surviving are numerous grandchildren; a sister, Sharon Byler; a half-sister, Cheryl; and two brothers, Timothy Collins and Eric Collins.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph Peterson of Greenville, and her precious dog, Eddie.
Preceding her in death was her twin sister, Rochelle and a brother, Bruce.
No visitation will be held.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of Reinsel Funeral Home.
