Raymond E. Shaffstall, 70, of Seneca, PA. passed away Feb. 2, 2023.

Born April 6, 1952 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of the late Ralph & Rose Simpson Shaffstall.

Raymond was a veteran of the United States Army and the United States Navy.
