Rebecca “Becky” A. Aikens, 82, of Franklin, passed away August 17, 2025 at Sugar Creek Care Center.
Born Sept. 10, 1942 in Oil City, PA., she was the daughter of the late Howard and Kathryn Reed Motter.
Becky was a beautician while living in Warren, PA., and had also worked at the Cranberry Mall and as a cashier in Clarion. In retirement years, Becky worked for National City and PNC Bank as a courier and ran deliveries for a Pharmaceutical company
She was married in 1995 to James L. Aikens in Frewsburg, NY., and he preceded her in death on Nov. 11, 2017
Becky enjoyed reading, listening to music, collecting lighthouses, decorating her home, and spending time with her family.
She was a member of Christ Methodist Church.
She is survived by granddaughter Katelyn Mull and her husband Tyler of Trafford, PA and one sister, Carol Peterson of Frewsburg, NY.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter Trobyann Russ.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
Services will take place at the convenience of the family.
The Reinsel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
