Ronald E. Davis Jr.

Ronald E. Davis Jr., 63, of 201 Clarion St., Oil City, PA. died at 11:30 P.M. Monday Dec. 17, 2018 at his home following a period of declining health.

Born July 18, 1955 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of Janet L. Manners Davis and the late Ronald E. Davis.

Ron was a graduate of Cranberry High School.

He served in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam Era.

He was awarded the National Defense Services Medal and the Good Conduct Medal.

Ronald was married on Sept. 5, 1980 in Titusville to the former Judith L. Porter Pastorius and she survives.

Mr. Davis had retired from Polk Center where he worked as a RSA.

Ron was an Eagle Scout.

He enjoyed riding his Harley in younger years, hunting, fishing and playing in the pool league at the Oasis. He also enjoyed crossword puzzles.

He and his wife traveled to Holland and Belgium and to 38 states.

Friends will be received from 11:30A.M- 1:00 P.M. Saturday Dec. 29 in the Reinsel Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Tim Tygert, Presiding. Military Honors will be accorded by the V.E.T.S.Honor Guard
