Sandra Stanton Obituary

Sandra L. “Sandi” Stanton, 76, of Oil City, PA., crossed over the rainbow bridge to be with her only dog Buddy and to be with all her cats.

Born Sept. 30, 1948 in Oil City, PA., she was the daughter of Clarence and Frieda G. Van Camp Stanton.

Sandi was a 1966 graduate of Oil City High School and moved to Michigan to attend Ferris State College. She stayed in Grand Haven for 40 years before returning to Oil City to be closer to her sister.

She worked as a junior accountant at a national construction firm for many years.

She is survived by her sister “seester” Trudy Dietz and her significant other Robert Sutton of Oil City

Her “adopted brother” Steve Burgdorfer and his family Julie, Dustin and Kylie

And good friends Barb Lansberry ,Karen Craig, Chris Arduini, Jed Brown and Joyce Frenz.

And nephews Michael Dietz and Jason Dietz

Sandi donated blood many years for the American Red Cross and volunteered for many organizations over the years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a special cousin Sandy Montgomery and her adopted father Bob Bergman.

There will be no viewing or visitation as per Sandi’s wishes.

“We come. We do. We go.” Well, I came, I did, I went,”, I’m Outta Here!
