Shirley M. (Hagan) Lary

Shirley M. Lary, 85, of Oil City, PA., passed away May 15, 2025 at UPMC-Northwest in Seneca.

            Born June 10, 1939 in Rimersburg, PA., she was the daughter of the late Leroy and Margaret Snyder Hagan..

Shirley attended schools in Rimersburg.

She was married on June 3, 1956 to Donald L. Lary and he preceded her in death on Dec. 14, 1990.

Shirley had worked for many years at KB Pizza, after her retirement she worked in the concession stand at Tri City Speedway.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, and also enjoyed making candy.

Shirley is survived by two children

Randall Lary and his wife Brenda of Oil City

Kimberly Wilson and her husband Edward of Franklin

Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren also survive.

Shirley is also survived by one brother

Clyde “Bud” Hagan and his wife Ginnie of North East

And by two sisters

Sandy Swiderski of Erie

Debra Wiggie and her husband Ty of Kentucky

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter Shirley Civerella, and four brothers Barry Hagan Sr., Leroy Hagan, Kenneth “Jack” Hagan and Donald ”Duck” Hagan.

Funeral Services will take place at the convenience of the family.

The Reinsel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
