Stephen E. Toy

Stephen E. Toy, 58 of Oil City died at 5:27 P.M. Saturday August 17, 2019 at the Clairview Nursing and Rehab Center in Sligo.

          Born Nov. 25, 1960 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of Robert & Rita Cherry Toy.

Stephen or “The Duke” as he was called in earlier years was a graduate of Oil City High School.

He had worked as an assembler at Honeywell in Franklin.

Stephen enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching movies on tv and playing pool.

He was a member of the Oil City Eagles Club and previously was a member of the Pulaski, PNA and the Moose Club.

In addition to his parents of Oil City, he is survived by a brother

Daniel Toy & his wife Cynthia of Oil City

And a sister

Debbie Oakes of Oil City

As well as several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4 P.M. in the Reinsel Funeral Home.

Interment will take place at the convenience of the family.
