Thomas A. Kulinski, 67, of Oil City, Pennsylvania, passed away Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at UPMC Hamot in Erie.
Born December 12, 1958, in Oil City, he was the son of the late Edward S. Kulinski and Leocadia C. (Szalewicz) Kulinski.
Tom was a graduate of Oil City High School and was employed at Electralloy for 11years. He later was employed as a maintenance technician for 31 years at Oil City Housing Authority. He will be remembered as a valued and dedicated employee. Tom was known for his ability to fix anything and for always being willing to lend a helping hand.
In his younger years, he enjoyed skiing and hunting and later found pleasure in golfing and making people laugh. He was a member of the Oil City Eagles Club, where he formed many lasting friendships and was known for his sense of humor. Tom was proud of his Polish heritage.
He is survived by his three children: Jonathan Kulinski of Oil City; Deanna Meehan and her husband, Robert, of Erie; and Nick Kulinski of Oil City. He was a proud grandfather to seven grandsons — Maksus and Leksus Kulinski; Uriah, Lindon, Holden, and Emmitt Meehan; and Aspen Kulinski — and greatly enjoyed watching their shenanigans at family picnics.
Also surviving are one brother, Edward Kulinski and his wife, Sally, of Oil City; one sister, Judy Fiola and her husband, Jerry, of Minnesota; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Hedderman, and a brother, Joseph Kulinski.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, March 16, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Oil City Moose Club for family and friends.
Interment will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
