Thomas B. Tenney Jr.

Thomas B. Tenney Jr., 63, of Canadohta Lake and formerly of Oil City passed away at his home on Saturday April 5, 2025.

                Born January 5, 1962 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of Thomas B. Tenney Sr. and Kathryn P. Wolfe Heckathorn.

Tom was a 1979 graduate of Oil City High School.

He worked at Hay’s Bakery before joining the United States Army, and retired after twenty years of service.

Tom then worked for Shearer’s Snacks in Waterford.

He enjoyed bowling, golfing and playing darts and while in high school he enjoyed wrestling.

Tom had been a member of the Oil City VFW.

He is survived by his father Thomas B. Tenney Sr. & his wife Barbara of Oil City,

His mother Kathryn P. Heckathorn of Oil City

Two children

Gregory R. Tenney and his wife Kia of Erie

And their children

Troian and Beau

Allye Tenney and her husband Darius Bustamante of Orlando, FL.

One sister

Judy Tenney of Oil City

And one niece

Rebecca Anderson

There will be no viewing or visitation.

Committal Services will be held by Rev. William Hopkins and the V.E.T.S.Honor Guard.

Interment will be in Lamey Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to a charity of ones choice.
