William C. Vogan

William C. Vogan, 83, of Oil City passed away July 19, 2025 at is camp near Marienville.

        Born Jan. 19, 1941 in Oil City, PA., he was the son of Alice R. Vogan.

Bill was a graduate of Oil City High School.

He had worked 26 years at the Oil City Glass plant and 12 years for Refiner’s Transport.

Bill enjoyed car races and going hunting and fishing.

He was married to the former Linda M. Cochran and she preceded him in death on Sept 4, 2016.

He is survived by the following children.

Steve Vogan and his wife Jan of Wexford

Dan Vogan of Oil City

Lisa Daman and her husband Mark of Oil City

David Vogan and his wife Brenda of Oil City

And the following grandchildren

Olivia, Madison, Nathan, Karla, Tyler. Crissa and Devin

And great grandchildren

Sean, Jacob and Mia and Allie

He is also survived by two sisters

Kathy Judy and her husband Paul of Altoona

Karen Terrill of Holidaysburg

And a sister-in-law Carolyn Terrill of Oil City

And his special friend Colleen Conaway.

In addition to his mother and wife, he was preceded in death by two sisters Diane Johnson and Patricia Serafin and by a brother James Terrill and a daughter in law Sherry Vogan

There will be no viewing or visitation.

Interment will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.

The Reinsel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
