Wilma J. Starcher, 86, of Titusville, PA. and formerly of Oil City, passed away Tuesday Dec. 9, 2025 at Titusville Healthcare and Rehab.
Born April 1, 1939 in Munday, WV., she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Belva McIntire Maze.
Wilma was married to Bobby Ray Starcher and he preceded her in death.
Wilma was employed by McDonalds and later worked for Arby’s.
She was self employed doing flea markets and auctions with her late husband.
Wilma enjoyed doing crafts, traveling with family and camping. She also enjoyed baking, and candy making during the holidays.
She is survived by two daughters

Bobbie Ann Cochran and her husband William of Oil City
Grandchildren
Eric Conrad and his wife Stephanie and their son Dalton
Raymond Cochran and his wife Samantha and their children Payton and River
Rebecca Cochran of Pittsburgh
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter Carolyn Starcher, great grandson Riley Cochran, her mother-in-law Bertha Starcher and brothers William and Eugene Maze.
There will be no viewing or visitation.
